PARC Social is a community for active, older adults (60+) where their need for social, recreational, leisure and fitness activities can all be met in one place centrally located in beautiful downtown Plymouth, in a historic building that holds tremendous memories for many residents. A wide variety of activities are currently offered, including:

- Price friendly open swim (Open Swim Schedule)
- Drop in: $5.00 a visit
- Punch card: $40.00 for 10 punches (good for 60 days)
- Fitness classes (both water and land)
Water Fitness Classes (Adult Water Fitness Schedule)
- Drop in: $6.00 a class
- Punch card: $25.00 for 5 punches or $50.00 for 10 punches (good for 60 days)
PUMP: Enhances fitness level by working with resistance of the water. Focus on flexibility, muscular strength, endurance as well as cardiovascular conditioning. Class uses water weights but not supplied nor required.
BLAST: Designed to introduce you to a fun and different way to fit cardio into your workout regimen. This class combines the resistance of the water with kick boxing skills such as jabs, punches and kicking. Class uses water weights but not supplied nor required. Notify your instructor before entering the water if you do not feel comfortable entering deep water.
FLOW: Excellent aerobic activity which is easy on your joints yet still helps you burn a tremendous amount of calories. Flow can be done in both shallow and deep end water. Great for muscular strength and endurance and is a whole body workout.
Masters: Adult swimmers with a variety of skills. Add cardio work to your exercise regimen, train for a triathlon, exercise or socialize with a friend. Challenging workouts are presented. Non-instructional class. Swimmers must be able to swim.

Zumba Gold is a Latin music inspired dance fitness class designed for active older adults, people who are not used to exercising, or who are limited physically. Low impact and easy to follow, this class is perfect for all fitness abilities.
Forever Strong is a group fitness class designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and functional fitness. Hand held weights and stretchy bands are used for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.
Easy Flow Yoga is a fully guided restorative, healing practice focusing on breath and basic poses. This class is perfect for those looking to enhance balance, flexibility and strength. Suitable for all levels and taught at room temperature.
Pickleball is the wildly popular sport played on a badminton sized court with a lower net, using a wooden paddle and plastic ball. It can be played as singles or doubles and anyone from kids to older adults can play.
